Balsamic Glaze is a perfect touch to many dishes. This is such a simple glaze to make and can be drizzled over vegetables or the meat of your choice. My favorite way to serve is over a grilled Ribeye.
As with any dish, the better ingredients you use the better the results. This is no different and you will notice the difference with the better balsamic vinegar you use.
Combine 1/2 C Balsamic Vinegar and 1 T Brown Sugar or Honey in a saucepan. Simply heat and reduce for about 30 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Allow the sauce to cool in the pan and it will thicken during this time.
Simple! And a great touch to many dishes!
